The Foundational Course in Teaching and Learning (KAPDP) – 2025 Session is currently taking place from 4 to 8 May 2025 at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT). This course is organised by the Centre for Talent Development and Innovation (PPBI) and marks its third edition. The KAPDP is specifically designed for UMT academic staff holding permanent and contract positions, as one of the requirements for confirmation of appointment. This program aims to provide early exposure to effective teaching and learning methods, while also fostering professional skills among academic staff. Throughout this five-day course, participants will engage in various training sessions, knowledge-sharing activities, and structured programs designed to enhance the quality of teaching within the institution. May all participants gain valuable insights and meaningful experiences throughout the course.
